Automated Valve &
Control "AVC" is the oldest actuation house in
the city of Houston. We are a stocking distributor and
factory authorized repair center for electric, pneumatic, hydraulic and manual
valve actuators. The company offers one-stop sales, CAD
design and installation of actuators to valves and valves to
actuators. Our facility comes complete with modern offices,
high speed computer networks, staffed machine shop and
overhead crane capabilities.
This 30 year old
actuation company is responsible for the installation of
actuator’s electrical systems and mechanical outputs to meet
non standard application requirements, plus all forms of
actuator repairs. AVC designs and fabricates
actuator mounting hardware for virtually any actuator valve
assembly, or application, and is capable of completing the
conversion of manual valves into an automated valve system, per
any customer specifications. Our extensive
inventory provides “off the shelf” sales of all popular
actuator types and sizes as well as most optional
accessories and control kits. Our in house technicians
provide expert installation of optional electrical
accessories, including switches, brakes, potentiometers,
solenoids, speed controls, etc. Reliable actuator repairs
assured and sanctioned by extensive factory training with
the exclusive use of factory tested and supplied parts.
AVC’s services include installation, supervision
at start up locations, equipment familiarization, training
and field adjustments. We are a valuable source of
information, that you may need, in order to help insure accurate
responses for inquires and proposals.
Automated Valve’s technicians are factory certified members
of the RCS (Raymond Control Systems)
and AUMA service center networks. We
stand alone as an employee owned valve automation company
that has fulfilled the factory’s extensive list of
